Admission
The selection of participants of the Encounter is carried out through auditions, which are conducted personally by Maestro Péter Csaba, the artistic director of the Encounter, in the european music schools associated with the Encounter. Only students enrolled in these schools can register for the auditions.
The Encounter covers the participants' travel, accommodation, board and lodging and internal transfers. In addition, all participants receive artistic remuneration for their performances in the concerts programmed.

Instruments
Violin, viola, cello, double bass, harp, flute, oboe, clarinet, basoon, horn, trumpet, piano and voice.
Programme
At least two pieces of different characters and styles (a classic & a romantic or contemporary piece)
Duration of the programme
- Strings, harp, piano and voice: 20 minutes.
- Wind: 15 minutes.

The students should enter an updated CV, including artistic activity and picture
