Accenture and the Reina Sofía School of Music Partner to Foster Musical Talent

The company will sponsor the ‘Accenture Debussy Quintet’ wind ensemble.

Madrid, February 11, 2026.- Accenture and the Reina Sofía School of Music have signed a collaboration agreement that reinforces their commitment to the training and development of talented young musicians and to the dissemination of music as a tool for cultural transformation.

 

 

The agreement, signed by Paloma O´Shea, founding president of the School, and Mercedes Oblanca, president and CEO of Accenture in Spain and Portugal, will enable the global professional services company to become a patron of the Accenture Debussy Quintet. This wind group is composed of Matthew Origel (flute, United States), Nedley Robles (oboe, Mexico), Teresa Pellicer (clarinet, Spain), Jorge López (bassoon, Spain), and Sofía de Miguel (horn, Spain), young talents who represent the future of chamber music.

 

Furthermore, as part of this commitment, Mercedes Oblanca joins the Board of Trustees of the Reina Sofía School, the highest governing body of this institution.
