Born in Seoul (South Korea) in 2000. Since 2026, she has been a student at the Telefónica Violin Chair of the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía with Professor Zakhar Bron. She is a recipient of a Fundación Albéniz scholarship.
An American violinist, she began her musical studies at the age of six. She later pursued her higher education at the Juilliard School in New York with Hyo Kang, where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Additionally, she has participated in masterclasses given by Nam Yun Kim, Gil Shaham, Mihaela Martin, and Stella Chen, among others.
She has been a prize-winner in competitions such as the Mondavi Competition, the Occidental College String Competition, the Spotlight Music Awards, and the Aspen Music Festival Concerto Competition. She also won First Prize at the Pasadena Showcase Competition and was a fellow of the Aspen Music Festival’s New Horizons program for four consecutive years.
She has performed as a soloist with the Bellflower Symphony Orchestra, the New West Symphony, and the Seattle Symphony Orchestra. Furthermore, she was invited to participate in NPR’s From the Top program and performed at the Walt Disney Concert Hall as a winner of the Spotlight Music Awards.
She has been selected to participate in leading international competitions such as the Menuhin Competition and the IsangYun Competition.
