Born in Valladolid (Spain) in 2012. Since 2022, he has been a student at the Reina Sofía School of Music, in the Aline Foriel-Destezet Cello Chair, with Professor Ivan Monighetti. He holds an Albéniz Foundation scholarship. He plays a Virgilio Capellini cello, provided as an instrument scholarship by the Albéniz Foundation, the Málaga Foundation, and the International Institute of Chamber Music of Madrid.
From a family of musicians, he began his cello studies at the age of 5. Between 2019 and 2022, he studied in Madrid with Professor Alexander Osokin and actively participated in the Princess of Asturias Foundation’s summer courses. He has also received masterclasses from Frans Helmerson, among others.
In 2021, he won several international competitions, including the 1st International Online Competition Ars Astra Moscow (Russia), String Premium (Belarus); San Remo Music International Competition (Italy); IMMC International Moscow Music Competition; XXIII International Festival-Competition Slavic Encounters Minsk (Belarus); Concours International Leopold (France); International Competition for Young Musicians Nouvelles Étoiles 2021 (France); European Talents International Art Festival & Competition, and the X Cidade de Vigo Competition (Spain).
