With the dual purpose of giving experience in this field to its students and enriching its musical offer to society, the Reina Sofía School of Music has created several orchestral formations that are made up of its students and directed by professors of the School as well as guest teachers.
The Freixenet Symphony Orchestra was presented in 2008 at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona.
