Ros Marbà asks the orchestra to articulate the beginning very well, and they perform the end of the second movement to link with the third. In the violas and cellos, the rhythm of the alla polacca dance must be clearly marked. In general, the strings need more clarity in the articulation and work on specific passages. The soloists have to hold the tempo in some moments, and the orchestra has to follow them to stay together. The orchestra also has to prepare the entry of the soloists by playing a little more pesante. The Maestro clarifies a change of tempo and insists that the speed must be maintained in order not to distort the Allegro.
