With the dual purpose of providing experience in this field to its students and enriching its musical offering to society, Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía has created several orchestral ensembles comprised of its students and conducted by faculty members as well as guest conductors.
The Freixenet Symphony Orchestra was presented in 2008 at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona.
