After the student’s performance, Professor Seenan asks him if he has ever played it with the natural horn, because it is interesting and will be closer to the original idea. At a certain point, he suggests changing the color a bit more, for example, playing something more piano. Hugh Seenan also makes indications regarding articulation and phrasing, and sings and plays it himself to demonstrate. He insists that he play and experiment more with changes in color and dynamics. He also addresses the issue of vibrato and the execution of trills, giving other indications that improve relaxation in the interpretation of specific passages.
