The Academic Concerts are an essential part of the Reina Sofía School of Music’s training program, one of whose pillars is to consider the stage as an extension of the classroom and as a decisive factor in artistic maturation. In this series, students perform in the School’s Sony Auditorium, in the presence of their professors. The experience of performing before an audience gives them the opportunity to showcase the results of their work, as well as to face the challenges that come with live performance.
