The tempo is slightly faster and the détaché must be more pronounced. They review the fingering of certain passages. It is necessary to enter with more decisiveness in the bow and avoid accentuating repeated notes. Poor fingering is detrimental to clarity, so each passage must be conscientiously reviewed when there are position changes. Pay attention to the transition to part B; the end of part A must be well-measured. In this part B, the sound is much broader. The Professor gives indications on phrasing and dynamics and explains the progressive intensity that must be given to the anacruses. They work on the transition to the minor key, which should also not be as loud. In the cantabile, the phrases must be followed through to the end. More should be made of the hairpins. The final arpeggiated chords should have a bit more intent, and the final diminuendo must be controlled. In general, nuances must be emphasized more because they always soften somewhat when playing fast. For fast passages, the exact contact point must be found to be comfortable while playing, and then maintained.
