Haendel Quartet of Puertos del Estado

Founded at the Reina Sofía School of Music in 2005, all members of the Haendel Quartet of Puertos del Estado are students of the School in their respective instrument studios. The quartet currently studies in the String Quartet Department under the guidance of Professor Heime Müller.
Their artistic activity has led them to perform in Cuenca and Salamanca, as part of the Chamber Music in Spain’s World Heritage Cities series, and at the Burgos Philharmonic Society.
The members are Issey Martínez and Giulia Cellacchi (violins), Héctor Mira (viola), and María Igual (cello).
