In order to guarantee the greatest safety against Covid-19, a set of measures and action protocols has been established in accordance with the provisions and recommendations issued by the authorities.
Among the general measures established are:
- Limitation and control of capacity, including automatic temperature measurement at entrances.
- Mandatory use of masks at all times.
- Installation of hydroalcoholic gel dispensers throughout the building.
- Adaptation and control of the use of offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, booths, dining rooms, toilets, elevators, stairs and other common areas, as well as the Sony Auditorium.
- Improvement of the building’s ventilation system.
- Training for all people who work regularly in the building (students, teachers and staff) and information for occasional visitors (professional visits and concert audiences).
- Implementation several times a day of a cleaning and disinfection protocol for the facilities.
Likewise, specific protocols have been created for students, teachers, employees, the public of the Sony Auditorium and visitors, which include the mandatory measures and rules of action. These protocols will be updated and modified according to the provisions issued by the authorities.
