The Albéniz Foundation promotes musical culture and supports young talents through its main program, the Reina Sofía School of Music, founded in 1991. Its mission combines excellence in artistic training with the goal of bringing the best music to all audiences.

To expand its educational impact, since 2017 it has offered musical summer courses for children and young people up to 18 years of age through the Summer Camp “Young Artists” Program in Madrid. The latter also contributes to diversifying funding channels, supporting scholarships and training opportunities for students of the School.

Details about the position

We are looking for a person to join the Summer Camp Young Artists team and support academic and administrative management. Their mission will be to guarantee the organization, monitoring, and correct execution of activities, ensuring close and professional attention to families, participants, and other teams involved.

The position will have a particularly relevant role in the Young Artists Summer Camp program, with responsibilities for managing registrations and documentation, preparing schedules, communicating with families and providing operational support during educational activities.

The person will work alongside the Program Manager, combining well-defined tasks with an adequate level of autonomy in day-to-day work. This is a full-time, stable position oriented towards continuity, ideal for an organized, meticulous and service-oriented person with an interest in developing in an educational environment.

Work center: Albéniz Foundation, located at Calle Requena, 1 28013 Madrid.

Type of Contract: Permanent full-time contract of 40 hours per week distributed from Monday to Friday.

Salary: Remuneration according to experience and professional profile.

Incorporation: mid-January 2026.

Job Requirements

Mandatory

  • Professional Training or University Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in administrative, educational or user service tasks.
  • English C1 (oral and written). This is a bilingual program, so more than half of the work is done in English.

Valuable

  • Knowledge or practice of music.
  • Experience in educational centers or educational programs.
  • CRM management (Salesforce).

Main functions

  • Manage administrative and academic tasks of the Summer Camp “Young Artists” program.
  • Attend to and support families, participants and other teams in all phases of the program.
  • Organize and update databases, registrations, documentation and materials.
  • Prepare the program schedules and support their operational execution during the month of July.
  • Maintain updated information on the different channels (forms, databases, information materials).
  • Support other activities within the Development Department.
  • Reports to: Program Manager.
  • Collaborates with: the Development team and, regularly, with the Operations and Artistic departments.
  • Specific interactions: Communication and Academic for specific tasks.

 

Professional skills:

  • Competence in digital tools (spreadsheets, databases, forms, CRM, platforms).
  • Organization, attention to detail and ability to simultaneously manage several tasks.
  • Communication skills and professional treatment with families, educational centers and internal teams.
  • Proactive attitude, service orientation and good disposition to resolve incidents.
  • Ability to coordinate with different teams and follow established procedures.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and improve administrative processes.
