Where will you work?

At the Albéniz Foundation, we manage one of Europe’s most important educational and artistic initiatives, the Reina Sofía School of Music. We believe we have a fundamental role to play, not only in educating the most talented young musicians but also in bringing music to people and spreading culture.

Our growth strategy involves increasing our impact and expanding our community by getting closer to and better understanding our audiences, using new technologies, and developing our national and international visibility and reputation in collaboration with others.

The Albéniz Foundation currently has a vacant position within the External Relations and Marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to produce audiovisual content aimed at different profiles (potential students, concert audiences, patrons, institutions, social media, website, etc.), which will involve working with the School’s various departments to develop the best communication and marketing campaigns and content.

This position is for someone with a creative profile and a distinct aesthetic sensibility, who is not only capable of executing with technical proficiency but also of contributing an artistic vision consistent with the School’s character in every piece they produce. The ideal candidate will integrate as a central axis of the communication team, coordinating the audiovisual ecosystem alongside other digital and photographic profiles. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and as part of a team, who demonstrates proactivity and creative instincts, and who possesses native digital literacy: someone who understands the logic and formats of social media and produces content specifically designed for each platform.

The position offers the opportunity to develop audiovisual projects in one of Europe’s most prestigious musical and educational environments.
