Since 2024, Pablo Millanes Dulín has been the Director of External Relations and Marketing at the Reina Sofía School of Music. Throughout his career, developed in Spain and internationally, he has worked at the intersection of creating and directing alliances and partnerships, educational innovation, and managing non-profit organizations.

He began his professional career in the world of corporate marketing, leaving the private sector to become a secondary school teacher, forming part of the first class of Empieza Por Educar, a Teach For All partner in Spain. Since then, his career has continued outside the classroom, always linked to the social and educational field. Pablo has been Head of Community Investment at Barclays EMEA, Director of Alliances and Social Innovation at Fundación Hazloposible, Director of Development and COO at Empieza Por Educar, and Global Head of Partnerships at Teach For All.

His interest in social and cultural transformation also led him to be part of the founding team of the Academy For Impact Through Music (AIM), which marked his foray into the world of music, where he currently serves as a strategic advisor and teacher.

Pablo holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the UAM, with stays at the universities of Cambridge and Tufts.
