In this sense, for the purposes of addressing possible responsibilities in the area of data protection, and in accordance with article 72 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, the Albéniz Foundation may keep personal information for three years safely (limitation period for very serious infractions in this area).

We try to request the minimum and essential data to carry out the personal data processing that we carry out in the development of our purpose and aims. All this in accordance with the principles contained in the applicable regulations.

What does it consist of? You will have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time.
The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out by the Albéniz Foundation based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.

Through the systems provided by the Albéniz Foundation, depending on each case, such revocation may be articulated (for example, requesting cancellation of the newsletter service through the link provided for this purpose). Right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
What does it consist of? It implies the possibility of appealing to the supervisory authority, in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es), should your rights be violated or should you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
How to exercise it? We recommend that before submitting any complaint or claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), you contact our Data Protection Officer (DPD@albeniz.com), in order to analyze the specific situation that corresponds and try to find an effective and friendly solution.
11. ARE SECURITY MEASURES APPLIED FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Taking into account the nature, scope, context, and stated purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity for your rights and freedoms, the Albéniz Foundation applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the proper security and protection of your personal data, attending to privacy criteria from the design and by default.

This platform owned by the Albéniz Foundation may contain links to third-party websites, whose privacy policies are unrelated to the Albéniz Foundation.

13. VALIDITY AND MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
