When you browse through our platform and, in particular, when you interact or register with us, you provide us with data directly, for example, when you fill out any form or request available on the Platform in accordance with the processing purposes indicated in each case (for example, through the subscription form to our newsletter).

• Participation in the Emplearte 2026 event: Connection and community.
• Attend to and manage requests or information requests that you send us through our contact form or through the various channels provided for this purpose (email, telephone, etc.).
• If the user fills out our “Subscribe to our newsletter” form, send them all the news from our school, the agenda of events and concerts, both our own and those of third parties, as well as any other information that may be of interest to them.
• Allow the uses associated with the Platform’s cookies as described in our cookie policy.

If you have accepted the use of the different types of cookies and, in particular, analytical cookies (navigation/user profile), to carry out such analysis and statistics associated with web browsing in order to improve our services and the quality of their provision. To adopt all protection measures that are applicable in accordance with current regulations, including the possible pseudonymization and anonymization of your personal data, applying, for this purpose, the appropriate techniques available for this purpose.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Data associated with the user’s browsing through our platform

-In general, your data collected for this purpose will be kept for the essential and necessary time to enable you to correctly browse and use our platform and the content available through it to which you access.

-Regarding the data associated with your browsing profile, in relation to the analytical cookies that you have accepted as indicated in our cookie policy, you should refer to the section relating to their temporality.

Data associated with attending to requests or inquiries that you send us.

-For the essential time to correctly attend to your specific requests and/or inquiries in each case.

-If they consist of the execution at your request of pre-contractual measures or the signing of a contract with us, your data will be kept for the time necessary to duly satisfy such pre-contractual measures or contract between the parties.

Data associated with processing your application for admission to our conferences and workshops.

As long as they are necessary to carry out the admission process and, where appropriate, attendance at them.

Data associated with sending you our newsletter.

Until you request to cancel the service.

Data associated with adopting all protection measures that are applicable in accordance with current regulations.

While the user’s personal data is being processed, in accordance with the conservation periods described.

In any case, and without prejudice to the foregoing, the user is also informed of the following:

• Regarding the retention time of cookies, the user is recommended to consult our cookie policy.
• In general, when personal data is no longer necessary for the processing purposes for which it was collected, it will be blocked, being available only to the competent authorities for the possible attention of legal responsibilities arising during the processing thereof, always in accordance with the applicable regulations, and may not be used for purposes other than these. Once the corresponding legal periods have elapsed in the event of blocking, such personal data will be deleted as provided in the applicable regulations, and may also, if applicable, be securely anonymized (anonymized/non-personal data).

In this sense, for the purposes of addressing possible responsibilities in the area of data protection, and in accordance with article 72 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, the Albéniz Foundation may keep personal information for three years safely (limitation period for very serious infractions in this area).

7. WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF NOT PROVIDING US WITH YOUR DATA?

We try to request the minimum and essential data to carry out the personal data processing that we carry out in the development of our purpose and aims. All this in accordance with the principles contained in the applicable regulations.

However, the failure to provide your personal data could lead to the impossibility that: 1) you can browse our web platform correctly (non-acceptance of technical or session cookies); 2) access certain content or services (for example, if you do not provide us with your data to receive our newsletter, you will not receive it, nor the information or content associated with it); 3) process your specific request or petition (for example, due to the lack or insufficient completion of the corresponding form or request).

In any case, the information and personal data that you provide us, according to each case, must be in any case:

Personal data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except in the cases necessary for the development, control, and fulfillment of the expressed purpose(s), in the cases provided for by Law, as well as in specific cases, of which the User is expressly informed.

Similarly, it is possible that certain third parties may access your personal information within the framework of a service that they may provide to the Albéniz Foundation, always complying with the requirements established by current legislation.

9. ARE INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA MADE?

We inform you that, in general, international transfers of your personal data are not foreseen, adopting the necessary measures and guarantees by the Albéniz Foundation in this area, in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data.

10. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE, WHAT DO THEY MEAN, AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

Right to information

What does it consist of? Right to be provided by the Albéniz Foundation with the appropriate information, both at the time your personal data has been collected, and at any later time, regarding the processing that we carry out of your personal data.

How to exercise it? The Albéniz Foundation tries to provide you with all the necessary information regarding the processing of your personal data in application of articles 12 to 14 of the GDPR. Right of access

What does it consist of? Right to obtain from the Albéniz Foundation or the INAEM confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed, and information relating to the processing of your data, as well as to obtain a copy of the personal data being processed (Article 15 of the GDPR).

What does it consist of? Right to obtain without undue delay from the Albéniz Foundation the rectification of your personal data in the terms of Article 16 of the GDPR.

Right to erasure

What does it consist of? Right to obtain without undue delay from the Albéniz Foundation the erasure of your personal data in the terms of Article 17 of the GDPR.

Right to restriction of processing

What does it consist of? Right to obtain from the Albéniz Foundation or the INAEM the restriction of the processing of your data when:

-You contest the accuracy of your personal data, for a period that allows the Albéniz Foundation to verify its accuracy.

-The processing is unlawful and you oppose its deletion (and instead, request the restriction thereof).

-We do not need the personal data, but you need it for the possible formulation, exercise, or defense of claims.

Your exercise will be limited to what is described in article 18 of the GDPR.

What does it consist of? Right to receive the personal data that concerns you and that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to transmit it to another data controller when technically possible, under the terms described in article 20 of the GDPR.

What does it consist of? Right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, as described in article 21 of the GDPR.

What does it consist of? Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you in a similar way, under the terms of article 22 of the GDPR.

Right to revoke the consent granted

What does it consist of? You will have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time.

The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out by the Albéniz Foundation based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.

How to exercise it? Through the systems provided by the Albéniz Foundation, depending on each case, such revocation may be articulated (for example, requesting cancellation of the newsletter service through the link provided for this purpose). Right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

What does it consist of? It implies the possibility of appealing to the supervisory authority, in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es), should your rights be violated or should you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

How to exercise it? We recommend that before submitting any complaint or claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), you contact our Data Protection Officer (DPD@albeniz.com), in order to analyze the specific situation that corresponds and try to find an effective and friendly solution.

11. ARE SECURITY MEASURES APPLIED FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Taking into account the nature, scope, context, and stated purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity for your rights and freedoms, the Albéniz Foundation applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the proper security and protection of your personal data, attending to privacy criteria from the design and by default.

12. LINK TO THIRD-PARTY WEB PLATFORMS

This platform owned by the Albéniz Foundation may contain links to third-party websites, whose privacy policies are unrelated to the Albéniz Foundation.

Therefore, when accessing these websites, we recommend that you review their privacy and cookie policies, and the Albéniz Foundation is not responsible, in any case, for the processing of your data by third parties.

13. VALIDITY AND MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

This policy is effective from December 13, 2025.

The Albéniz Foundation reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative, doctrinal, or jurisprudential developments that may be applicable, or for technical, operational, and strategic reasons, informing you in advance and reasonably of the changes that occur when this is possible.
