He began his musical studies at the age of eight with Adela Mascaraque, pianist of the National Ballet of Spain. He completed his elementary studies at the “Joaquín Rodrigo” school in Las Rozas, continued his training at the “Adolfo Salazar” Professional Conservatory in Madrid, and graduated from the Royal Higher Conservatory of Music of Madrid with honors.

With a grant from the AIE, he expanded his studies in Jazz and Improvisation at the School of Creative Music. He studied for a master’s degree in music education at the Complutense University of Madrid, and worked for the SGAE in computer-musical and musicological tasks, in the revision, editing and recreation with samplers of the work of Falla, Albéniz and Granados under the direction of Juan José Solana.

A specialist in music for dance, he began as a pianist and arranger at the ”Pilar López” dance school in Las Rozas under the direction of Ana González. Later, he was a pianist at the Workshop Studio of the National Ballet of Spain, accompanying the great teacher Aurora Bosch.

For ten years he developed an important work as a pianist, composer and professor at the URJC; and he obtained his doctorate with outstanding “cum laude” with his thesis “Analysis, Study and Musical Proposal for Dance”.

As a performer and composer, both in performing arts and audiovisual media, he works for RTVE and Telecinco. He also collaborates in outstanding productions of the Spanish Ensemble of Northeastern Illinois University of Chicago, the feature film “Rotas” and the Carmen Roche ballet, among others.

He has worked as a composer and dance pianist at the Víctor Ullate Ballet, the “Alicia Alonso” Higher Institute of Dance, the Association of Dance Professionals, the National Ballet of Spain, The Russian Masters Ballet Camp, The Central School of Ballet, the English National Ballet School, The Swedish National Ballet School and currently at the National Dance Company of Spain.

Since 2023 he has been a professor of dance accompaniment at the Reina Sofía School of Music in Madrid.
