Margarita Kozlovska (Dnipro, Ukraine, 1995) began her musical studies with Inna Machutskaya at the age of 4, and at 10 she debuted as a soloist with the Dnipro Opera Orchestra. She has been successful from a very young age, winning several regional and national competitions in her country of origin.
After finishing her professional music studies in Dnipro, she moved to Krakow, Poland, to broaden her musical horizons by studying a master’s degree in performance at the prestigious “Krzysztof Penderecki” Academy of Music with Andrzej Pikul. During this phase of her training, she won several prestigious prizes in international competitions, both for solo piano and chamber music (Rome, Budapest, Bialystok, Ischia). It was at this time that she won the soloist competition of the Krakow Academy, which led to her debut in Poland with the “Filarmonía Podkarpacka” orchestra, in the city of Rzeszów.
At the same time, she develops an intense concert activity in international cycles and festivals such as Festival Poznań Poetów (Poznań, Poland), Chopin w barwach jesieni (Antonin, Poland), Fortepianowe Mozaiki (Łódź, Poland), AETYB Congress 2022 (Málaga, Spain), CREA 2022 Contest (Estepona, Spain), New Voices Contest (Seville, Spain); Teatro de la Maestranza in Seville, Espacio Turina in Granada, Teatro Auditorio Felipe VI in Estepona, etc.
She currently combines her professional activity as Accompanist Pianist Professor of the Editorial Unit Contrabass Chair and the Trumpet Chair of the Reina Sofía School of Music, with some musical projects in Málaga, the city where she has lived for three years. These projects include the Antonio Banderas’ Soho Theater Orchestra, and the Málaga Opera Choir.
