She began her studies in classical and contemporary dance at a very early age. In 2004, after having passed through the Teatro de la Danza de Madrid, she graduated in Interpretation from the Royal Higher School of Dramatic Art of Madrid (RESAD). At the same time, she completed her training in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris, learning Aerial Acrobatics, Martial Arts, Dramatic Corporal Mime, Choreography, with teachers such as Marco Carnitti, Will Keen, Pablo Messiez, José Piris, Jordi Cortés, Nina Dippla, and Cía Teatro del Silencio, among others. She has worked as a dancer and actress with renowned directors and choreographers, such as Sol Picó, Roberto Cerdá, Ernesto Caballero, Karlik Danza and Javier Hernández Simón. She has premiered performances at the Centro Dramático Nacional, Festival de Teatro Clásico de Almagro, Festival de Teatro Clásico de Mérida, Teatro Español, and the Teatro Nacional de Cataluña.
She has worked as a choreographer with Ernesto Caballero, Jesús Cracio, Ferrán Madico, Roberto Cerdá, Javier Hernández-Simón and Natalia Menéndez, among many others, premiering productions in the most important theaters in the country. It is worth mentioning her professional relationship with the late Miguel Narros, with whom she collaborated on nine productions.
As a teacher, she has taught Physical Theater, Dance-Theater, Technique and Corporal Expression, Scenic Movement and Interpretation. She currently works as a professor at the William Layton Theater Laboratory, the Higher School of Dramatic Art of Castilla y León, INGRESAD, and at the Reina Sofía School of Music, and also trains actors in her own space.
