“Unlimited interpretative possibilities” – Ritmo Magazine

The intensity, strength, and honesty with which she approaches each work are some of the hallmarks of pianist Patricia Arauzo. Awards such as those received in the International Musical Youths Competition, the Mirabent i Magrans, and the Young Talents Program of Caja de Burgos, guarantee the quality of Patricia Arauzo’s interpretations. She has developed an international career, both as a member of chamber groups and as a soloist, on stages such as the National Palace of Arts in Budapest, the City of the Arts in Paris, the National Auditorium of Madrid, and Flagey in Brussels.

Passionate about chamber music, she is currently a Member of the Alborada Trio, awarded by AIE, with whom she has recorded for the Musique 3 radio in Belgium and premiered works composed for them. She also forms a duo with violinist Alejandro Bustamante, with whom she is touring throughout the national territory. Patricia is part of several juries for chamber music competitions.

She has trained at the Higher Conservatory of Salamanca with Patrín García Barredo, Claudio Martínez Mehner, and Kennedy Moretti; the Liszt Academy of Budapest with András Kemenes, Marta Gulyás, and Ferenc Rados; and at the Chamber Music Institute of Madrid, Reina Sofía School of Music, with Ralf Gothoni and Eldar Nebolsin.

She combines her career with teaching, being a repertoire professor with piano at the Reina Sofía School of Music and at the Higher Conservatory of Castila y León. She is also a professor at the Higher Conservatory of Music of Seville.
