Salvador Campos Zaldiernas (born 1989)
Holder of the position in the Body of Professors of Music and Performing Arts of the Regional Government of Andalusia in the specialty of violin, he holds a Diploma in Musical Education from the University of Córdoba (UCO), a Higher Degree in the specialty of violin from the Higher Conservatory of Music of Córdoba, and a Degree in History and Sciences of Music from the University of La Rioja. He also holds a Master’s Degree in “Texts, Documents and Cultural Intervention” from the UCO, and a Master’s Degree in Teacher Training from the International University of Valencia.
He has been an honorary collaborator of the Department of Artistic and Corporal Education of the UCO. Awarded a grant by the CEI BioTic of the University of Granada, he has undertaken research stays at the National University of Cuyo and the National University of San Juan, Argentina. He has also offered different communications and conferences in various parts of Europe and Latin America.
A founding member of the Córdoba Classical Quartet, he has developed an intense activity at an international level, collaborating with institutions such as the Cervantes Institute, the Mendelssohn-Gesellschaft, and the Spanish embassies in Berlin and Prague. He has also collaborated with different orchestral formations, such as the Córdoba Orchestra or the Camerata San Juan (Argentina), in addition to having been a guest artist at the Virtuosi Festival in Recife (Brazil).
A doctoral candidate at the University of La Rioja, he is currently Production Director of the Córdoba Youth Orchestra, a member of the Orchestra and Choir of its Cathedral, violin professor at the “Músico Ziryab” Professional Conservatory of Music in the same city and, from the 2025-2026 academic year, supervisor of final degree projects at the Reina Sofía School of Music in Madrid.
