A contest designed to promote teamwork and improve employees’ sense of belonging in a playful and fun way.

The proceeds from the contest will finance the scholarship program so that young talents from the Reina Sofía School of Music can study with free tuition.
Madrid, October 30, 2023.- La Voz Cantante, the first inter-company contest dedicated to team singing, opens its registration period for its 2024 edition. Until December 15, all companies interested in being part of this artistic contest may register here.
La Voz Cantante Interempresas, beyond an artistic competition, is a program that creates teams, enhances talent through music, and generates cohesion. Organized through the Human Resources and/or Talent and Culture departments of companies, it offers the possibility of offering employees an original and fun activity to work on motivation, camaraderie, and personal development, as well as promote the corporate values of each of them.
In previous editions, the participating companies were: Banco Santander, BBVA, EDP, Endesa, EY, Google, Management Solutions, and Telefónica. Through music, the participants worked on all kinds of soft skills, increasing self-esteem and enjoying this different and fun challenge.
Winner in 2023 of the “100 Best Ideas” Award from Actualidad Económica, “La Voz cantante Interempresas” offers two programs depending on the number of employees that the company wants to convene:
- Programa Piccolo where each registered company will have a team of eight people, online classes with a professional opera singer, and the grand finale on the stage of the Reina Sofía School auditorium among the companies adhering to this modality.
- Programa Tutti in which each company brings together two teams of eight people, and in addition to the online classes, they hold an internal semifinal where all employees vote for their favorite team and the selected teams perform in a final gala with the rest of the competing companies.
The winner of each program is chosen by weighted voting between a professional jury and the vote of the employees of all the companies participating in their corresponding category.
With this contest, the Reina Sofía School endorses one of its main objectives, which is to support young talents in their personal and artistic development, since the benefits will be used to support the financing of student scholarships.
