Madrid, March 15, 2024. The Albéniz Foundation has undertaken a project to digitize artistic management structures, thanks to the support of the European Union and the INAEM, within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The project addresses different areas and processes that aim to increase the efficiency and control of artistic management.
The Albéniz Foundation produces more than 350 concerts a year in more than 10 Autonomous Communities of the Spanish State and with an audience of nearly 100,000 spectators. Taking this context into account, the digital transformation process, the modernization of its structures and its ecological transition have been accelerated, thanks to the project “AI + CRM + Data, the future of artistic management”.
It consists of five main activities:
- Digitization and improvement of processes to increase the efficiency and control of the Foundation’s management, such as the digitization of the invoicing process for suppliers or the creation of an instrument inventory module. The integration of Docusign with the School’s CRM has allowed the elimination of paper contracts and their physical signing, in addition to streamlining the contracting processes.
- Creation and development of digital platforms to improve the ticket sales system and capacity management, with the aim of facilitating the dissemination of the Foundation’s activities, as well as the user experience in the ticket acquisition process.
- Implementation of digital projects for audience creation, search for new audiences, support and social mediation, for which a Marketing Cloud tool has been chosen, with full integration with our CRM. This will allow us to optimally segment communications to specific groups based on their interests, fostering a better appreciation and interest in artistic events and content.
- Modernization of digital communication instruments, consisting of backoffice improvements that will allow the classification of audiovisual materials (especially for Canal Escuela), together with an improvement in the design and navigation for users, thus betting on accessibility to culture for all audiences.
- Generation of content in digital formats. The Albéniz Foundation has an immersive experience with virtual reality glasses, made possible by the 360º recording of an orchestra concert and the creation of virtual environments. This innovative proposal allows providing immersive artistic experiences through technology. The content is offered free of charge through workshops in schools, institutes, residences for the elderly, and for other groups.
The projects have been carried out thanks to the collaboration of the INAEM, Ministry of Culture and Sports, charged to the “Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (financed by the European Union) NextGenerationEU 2021”
