Madrid, November 5, 2025.- In a context in which it is increasingly difficult to make an impact, leave a mark, and create emotion in training and change processes, the Reina Sofía School of Music and MusicalThinkers are joining forces to put the transformative power of music at the service of the growth, development, and transformation of organizations.

Through this alliance, both the School and Musical Thinkers integrate their experience to enhance and surprise through musical experiences in learning and change processes. Creativity, team cohesion, leadership, emotional management, or the reinforcement and transformation of organizational culture are areas in which the experience and emotion of music have a direct impact.

In this way, tangible results are achieved from an approach that integrates exciting musical experiences with the design of complex change and training processes. Playing in a string orchestra, creating a song, listening to a live performance, singing as a choir, or composing our own symphony about our leadership or our values implies, in combination with a rigorous methodological approach, a differential impact on the learning, discovery, and change process itself.
