Born in South Korea in 2002. Since 2024, he has been a student at the Reina Sofía School of Music, in the Fundación BBVA Viola Chair, first with Professor Nobuko Imai and currently with Professor Lawrence Power. He is a recipient of a Fundación Albéniz scholarship.

He studied on a full scholarship at the Korea National University of Arts, where he earned his bachelor’s degree at the age of 19 through early graduation. He subsequently continued his training with Prof. Hanna Lee. Throughout his education, he has continuously refined his musical skills through participation in concerts, festivals, and masterclasses given by professors such as Garth Knox, among others.

He made his debut with the Suwon Philharmonic Orchestra. He received a four-year scholarship from Korea Tobacco and Ginseng during his time at the pre-university institution ‘Korea National Institute for the Gifted in Arts’. Regarding chamber music, he has performed a concert tour in Korea with the New York-based group Sejong Soloists.

He has received an award from the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in recognition of his talent and dedication, as well as the fourth prize at the 2025 Tenerife International Viola Competition.

As a student of the School, he has performed with the School’s Baroque Ensemble (conducted by Paul Goodwin). He is currently a member of the Óscar Esplá de Asisa Quartet and the Turina Quartet.
