  • If the user provides us with their data in order to pre-register or reserve their place for the Music & Culture Summer Camp or any other of our conferences and workshops, to process their application and admission to them.
  • If the user fills out our “Subscribe to our newsletter” form, to send them all the news from our school, the agenda of events and concerts, both our own and those of third parties, as well as any other information that may be of interest to them.
  • Where applicable, comprehensive management of your personal account in our private area when you are entitled to it by belonging to the School.
  • To allow the uses associated with the Platform’s cookies as described in our cookie policy.

Purpose of processing: To manage through our website the sale of tickets for concerts organized by the Albéniz Foundation both in the Auditorium of the Reina Sofía School of Music and in other auditoriums, halls, theaters, or venues belonging to other institutions.

Purpose of processing: To attend to and manage requests or inquiries that you send us.

As long as you do not request to cancel the service.

For the essential time to correctly attend to your specific requests and/or inquiries according to each case.
If they consist of the execution at your request of pre-contractual measures or the signing of a contract with us, your data will be kept for the time necessary to give due satisfaction to such pre-contractual measures or contract between the parties.

In any case, and without prejudice to the foregoing, the user is also informed of the following:

Regarding the retention time of cookies, the user is recommended to consult our cookie policy.
In general, when personal data is no longer necessary for the processing purposes for which it was collected, it will be blocked, being available only to the competent authorities for the possible attention of legal responsibilities arising during the processing thereof, always in accordance with the applicable regulations, and not being able to be used for other purposes other than these. After the corresponding legal deadlines in case of blocking, such personal data will be deleted as provided by the applicable regulations, and may also, if applicable, be securely anonymized (anonymized/non-personal data).

We try to request the minimum and essential data to carry out the processing of personal data that we carry out in the development of our object and purposes. All this in accordance with the principles contained in the applicable regulations.

What does it consist of? Right to be provided by the Albéniz Foundation with the appropriate information, both at the time your personal data has been collected, and at any time thereafter, regarding the processing that we carry out of your personal data.

What does it consist of? Right to obtain from the Albéniz Foundation the restriction of the processing of your data when:

-The processing is unlawful and you oppose its erasure (and instead, request the restriction thereof).

The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out by the Albéniz Foundation based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
What does it consist of? It implies the possibility of going before the supervisory authority, in this case, before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es), in case of understanding that your rights have been violated or considering that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
How to exercise it? We recommend that prior to submitting any complaint or claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), you contact our Data Protection Officer (DPD@albeniz.com), in order to analyze the specific situation that corresponds and try to find an effective and friendly solution.

Taking into account the nature, scope, context, and stated purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity for your rights and freedoms, the Albéniz Foundation applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the proper security and protection of your personal data, attending to privacy criteria from the design and by default.

This platform owned by the Albéniz Foundation may contain links to third-party websites, whose privacy policies are unrelated to the Albéniz Foundation.

13. VALIDITY AND MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY?

This policy is effective from May 13, 2025.
