He was born in Exeter (England) in 2002. Since 2025, he has been a student at the Reina Sofía School of Music, in the Unidad Editorial Double Bass Chair, under Professor Wies de Boevé. He enjoys scholarships from Lynne and David Weinberg and the Albéniz Foundation.
In 2021, he began his studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama on a full scholarship, having also been accepted to the Royal Academy and the Royal College of Music. He has studied with Luis Cabrera, José Moreira and Marco Behtash, and has performed at the Barbican with Ludovic Morlot and Gianandrea Noseda. He has also received masterclasses from Rodrigo Moro and Herbert Mayr, among others.
On the London independent scene, his participation with Orpheus Sinfonia and in Trouble in Tahiti (Bernstein), which won Best Opera Production at the 2023 OffWest-End Awards, stands out. He is currently part of Orpheus’s young talent programme and continues to develop his career as a double bassist in symphonic and chamber settings.
As a student at the School, he is a member of the Unidad Editorial Dittersdorf Double Bass Quartet.
