He was born in Seoul (South Korea) in 2003. Since 2026, he has been studying at the Aline Foriel-Destezet Cello Chair of the Reina Sofía School of Music, with Professor Jens Peter Maintz. He is a recipient of a Fundación Albéniz scholarship.
He began his cello studies in his native country and furthered his training by participating in recitals, orchestral projects, and festivals in his country, such as the Korea Young Musicians Festival, for which he was selected in 2017.
He made his debut in 2016 with the ChungNam Philharmonic Orchestra in Gongju and subsequently performed with the JVF Chamber Orchestra and the Daejeon Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2023, he gave a recital at the Kukje Art Hall in Korea and, in 2025, he was featured in the Kumho Young Artist Recital at the Kumho Art Hall in Seoul. That same year, he performed as a soloist with the Daejeon Philharmonic Orchestra. Additionally, he has performed with the Just Vivace Festival Chamber Orchestra after winning the competition organized by the festival.
