21st-Century Soloists

The 21st-Century Soloists series was founded in 1992 and is one of the longest-running series in the Reina Sofía School of Music’s programme. Presented in collaboration with Radio Clásica of Radio Nacional de España, it brings to the stage highly talented young performers who will be the leading figures in musical life in the years to come.

The concert will be broadcast live on Radio Clásica, allowing attendees to hear the commentators’ narration delivered in the same hall between the different pieces. Soloists of the 21st Century celebrates the excellence of new generations of soloists in a fresh, accessible, and inspiring format.

The concert can also be enjoyed live via our YouTube channel.

A series to discover.

Midday Suite

Accompanying the Soloists of the 21st Century concerts, our Midday Suite project returns, in which attendees will be able to enjoy activities complementary to the concert.

Closeness, discovery and conversation define Midday Suite days. Like the different dances that make up the Baroque suite, each gathering is made up of different moments: guided tours of the School, an introductory talk on the programme, the concert as the central focus and, to conclude, a conversation with the musicians after the concert.

Registration for guided tours of the School will open 10 days before the concert. Limited places.
