Born in Madrid in 1995, he began his violin studies there with Sergio Castro and Anna Baget, and later in San Sebastián with Keiko Wataya.
He has performed William Walton’s Concerto for Viola and Orchestra with the RTVE orchestra, where he has also been invited to collaborate as a soloist in the viola section. He recently performed Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante with the Ciudad de Getafe orchestra. He has also performed as a soloist with the orchestra of the Complutense University of Madrid and the Adolfo Salazar Symphony Orchestra, and was selected to perform as a soloist with the orchestra of the Musikene, the Basque Country’s higher conservatory of music.
He studied at the Reina Sofía School of Music from 2016, first in Zakhar Bron’s class and, from 2019 to 2021, in Diemut Poppen’s class.
As a violinist, he was awarded second prize in the Villa de Llanes International Competition.
As a violist, in December 2019 he received first prize in the 18th Intercentros Melómano competition, organised by the Orfeo Foundation.
He has participated in festivals such as the Música Musika festival in Bilbao and the Quincena Musical in San Sebastián on repeated occasions, as well as in the International Quartet Academy in Vic, the Música Cambra de Godella festival, the Úbeda Festival, MUSEG and the Musethica festival.
He has also performed on several occasions in the chamber hall of the National Music Auditorium in Madrid as part of the Satélites cycle.
He has been a member of the Euskadiko Orkestra, and in October 2021 he joined the National Orchestra of Spain.
He plays a Germain Trumpf viola, from 2021.
