The Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía celebrates the three decades of its foundation with the "30th Anniversary" Series, a special programme of concerts with a variety of genres and audiences to bring music closer to society.

El concepto afterwork (después del trabajo) se ha incorporado en los últimos años a los usos sociales, como un paréntesis de ocio pensado para que los compañeros de trabajo compartan un momento de relajación y diversión después de la jornada laboral.

Trasladado al ámbito musical, se concibe como un formato más distendido, que propone al público un programa flexible en el que la música clásica dialoga con otros géneros, como el jazz o el flamenco, en un entorno propicio para compartir experiencias.

This Jazz & Classical concert is done in collaboration with Berklee College of Music - Valencia.

During the Spring Semester, students and faculty of both schools have jointly collaborated towards a performance in Madrid (30th of March) and a studio recording project at Berklee Valencia (28th of March). The repertoire has been agreed collaboratively with the selected student participants, guest arranger Hendrika Entzian & faculty supervisors.
