The Telefónica Centenary Series, organised by Telefónica and the Reina Sofía School of Music, is part of the activities to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Spanish company.

From April to December 2024, the series will tour on more than 20 Spanish cities, stopping at emblematic and spectacular venues, where the public will be able to enjoy orchestral and chamber music concerts performed by the young musicians of the Reina Sofia School, conducted by internationally renowned maestros.

The Iglesia de San Agustín at Almería hosts the cello recital of Álvaro Lozano, recent winner of the 23rd edition of the Concurso Nacional Intercentros Melómano, who will offer a program with works by Ligeti, Cassadó, Bach and Vivaldi.
