Musikela
The project consisted of a classical music concert dedicated to people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), performed jointly by students from the Conservatorio Profesional de Lliria and the Reina Sofía School of Music in Madrid.
Prior to the concert, the students organised a talk between young musicians and members of ADELA CV (Valencian Association of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) to raise awareness of the disease.
Students: Pablo Balaguer Ortiz (oboe), Carlos Ramos Castro (oboe), Nicolas Bourdoncle (piano).
Goals:
- To bring culture and music closer to the group of people with ALS, who usually cannot easily access concerts.
- To establish sustainable links between local institutions such as the Adela CV association, Lliria Town Council, the Professional Conservatory of Lliria and the Reina Sofia School of Music.
- To support ALS awareness and visibility of this disease.
