Admission Process

The dates of the registration period for the 2021-2022 academic year at the Reina Sofía School of Music will be announced shortly.

At the auditions, the only selection criterion is the talent of the student. The process consists of several phases:

• Online application.
• 1st Round. Preselection: The Selection Committee evaluates the transcript of records and the audiovisual material of each candidate and selects those who pass to the next round.
• 2nd Round. Auditions: Selected applicants audition at the School on the dates established for their chair of interest.

In accordance with current legislation, regulations on admission tests for Official Arts Degrees can be consulted in the Official Bulletin of the Community of Madrid.
