Daniel Alejandro Armas Malpica

Born in Havana, Cuba, in 2004. Since 2025, he studies at the Reina Sofía School of Music, in the Inditex Composition Chair, under Professor Fabián Panisello. He has been granted a scholarship by Fundación Albéniz.

This performer of early music, guitarist, singer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist graduated from the Guillermo Tomás Bouffartigue Conservatory. He has given concerts on major stages in Cuba and collaborated with artists such as Everett Suttle and Nury Guarnaschelli. He has taken masterclasses with Leo Brouwer and Joaquín Clerch, and participated in national television and in the soundtrack of a short film. He will soon be a guest on the CMBF program In Crescendo. His versatility and artistic commitment position him as a promising young figure on the international music scene, aiming to contribute to the development of contemporary music.
