Dávid Blaga

Born in Györ, Hungary, in 2000. He started to play piano at the age of 8, although he eventually chose the bassoon. He studied at the secondary vocational school Győr János Richter Music with Magdolna Orlovits, between 2015 and 2019, when he was admitted into the Budapest Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music with professors György Lakatos and István Harteinstein. In addition to performing in various chamber ensembles, he has attended masterclasses by Sophie Dervaux, as well as the 2020 Crescendo summer camp. He has regularly completed several summer courses with György Lakatos. Highly interested in orchestral music, Dávid aspires to perform professionally with a symphony orchestra.
