David Solomon Bob

Born in Cluj-Napoca (Romania) in 2002. From 2019 to 2021 he studied at the Reina Sofía School of Music’s Fundación Banco Santander Piano Chair with professor Dmitri Bashkirov.

He started to study piano at the age of eight at the School of Music of Andorra (Teruel, Spain) with Anna Placzkowska and Eloisa Pilar Lombarte. He completed the 2012-2013 academic year at Alcañil’s Professional Conservatory of Music with Teresa Martínez. He later moved to Romania in 2013, where he attended the Sigismund Toduta School of Music in Cluj-Napoca, and received classes from Monica Noveanu, Lucian Gheju, and Daniel Goiti. He has also attended masterclasses by Rena Shereshevskaya and Ralf Gothóni. He has been awarded in several national and international piano competitions, including first prize at the Golden Classical Music Awards International Competition (United States, 2020), and has participated in recitals.

As a student of the School, he has been a member of the Strauss Trio and the Appassionato Trio.
