Estere Katrina Pogina

Born in Latvia in 2002, this soprano began her musical path early and was honored by the Latvian Ministry of Culture in 2020 for achievements in international competitions. In 2022, she received the Centennial Excellence Recognition Award after graduating from the Riga Cathedral Choir School. She continued her studies in Paris, performing as a soloist at venues such as Petit Palais and Salle Cortot with her mentor Vladimir Chernov. In 2024, she debuted as Grisette in Die lustige Witwe with Orchestre Colonne and gave a recital at Klavins Piano Concert Hall. That same year, she began studies at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris. In 2025, she sang in Le Nozze di Figaro at the Philharmonie de Paris.
