Marharyta Kozlovska (Dnipro, Ukraine, 1995) began her music studies with Inna Machutskaya at the age of four, and when she was ten, she debuted as soloist with the Dnipro Opera Orchestra. She met success very early on, being laureate of several regional and national competitions in her home country.
After finishing her professional studies in Dnipro, she moved to Krakow, Poland, in order to broaden her musical horizons studying a Master’s Degree in Performance at the prestigious Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music with Andrzej Pikul. During this stage of her education, she was a winner of several prizes in prestigious international competitions, as soloist as well as in chamber music (Rome, Budapest, Bialystok). In addition, she was awarded first prize at the Academy of Krakow soloist competition, which led to her debuting as soloist in Poland with the Filarmonía Podkarpacka in the city of Rzeszów.
At the same time, she develops an intense concert activity in international cycles and festivals such as Festival Poznań Poetów (Poznań, Poland), Chopin w barwach jesieni (Antonin, Poland), Fortepianowe Mozaiki (Łódź, Poland), Congreso AETYB 2022 (Málaga, Spain), Certamen CREA 2022 (Estepona, Spain), Certamen Nuevas Voces (Seville, Spain); Teatro de la Maestranza in Seville, Espacio Turina in Granada, Teatro Auditorio Felipe VI in Estepona, etc.
She currently combines her professional activity as accompanying pianist professor at the Reina Sofia School of Music’s Unidad Editorial Double Bass and Trumpet Chairs, with some projects in Malaga, the city where she has been living for three years. Among these projects is the one of Antonio Banderas Soho Theatre Orchestra, or Malaga’s Opera Choir.
