Marion Vergez-Pascal

Born in Lisieux, France, in 1994. She is a mezzosoprano who discovered singing at the age of 11, when she joined a children’s choir. At the age of 14 she joined the Maîtrise de Radio-France. Later she studied in Frederic Gindraux’s class at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where she also received advice from Anne Le Bozec and Susan Manoff. Additionally, she has attended masterclasses by Nelly Miriciaiu, Regina Verner, Margreet Honig, and Roberto Benzi. Next year she will be a member of Academie de l’Opéra Comique. She is supported by the Crédit Agricole patronage as Young Talent and by the Sociéte Générale bank as beneficiary of the programme “C’est vous l’Avenir”. In September she will record her first solo album with label Mirare and with piano and guitar.
