Xenia Lemberski

Born in Germany, in 2002, this mezzo-soprano is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Performance with Professor Marcel Boone at the Hochschule für Musik Basel. She began her professional music education at age 10 at the Schloss Belvedere music high school in Weimar, studying violin with Professor Andreas Lehmann. She won first prizes at Germany’s Jugend Musiziert competition as a teenager. After beginning violin studies in Basel with Professor Barbara Doll in 2021, she added vocal studies in 2022. In 2024, she completed her bachelor’s Degree with honours in both voice and violin, receiving the Music Prize for best overall bachelor's achievement. Xenia performs regularly as a soloist and concertmaster with the German youth baroque orchestra BACHS ERBEN.
