Reina Sofía School Orchestra Debut at Carnegie Hall in New York

The concert at Carnegie Hall will mark a milestone in the history of the School. Held at the prestigious Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage, the performance will feature musicians from the School alongside a group from the Colombian Youth Philharmonic, all under the baton of Maestro Andrés Orozco-Estrada. Audiences will also have the privilege of listening to violinist Renaud Capuçon as soloist, who recently performed at the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.

The concert will take place on 13 November 2025 at 7:00 p.m., and will include the following works:

Community Engagement

During their stay in New York, the students of the Reina Sofía School will take part in a series of social and educational activities. Drawing on 25 years of experience in harnessing the transformative power of music, the School aims to replicate its social impact initiatives in underserved communities throughout New York City.
