We inform you that the personal data of both the minor and his or her legal representatives will be processed by Fundación Albéniz, with tax identification number G-39067806 and registered address at C/ Requena nº 1, C.P. 28013 in Madrid, acting in the capacity of Data Controller. The data will be processed for the purpose of processing your application, managing the admission process for the Young Artists Summer Camp 2024  programme and, where appropriate, managing your participation in the aforementioned programme.

The basis of legitimacy for the processing of personal data is the consent given when filling in and sending us your application and, when applicable, the performance of a contract between the parties.

Personal data may be communicated to third parties in the cases necessary for the development, control, and compliance with the programme. Accordingly, the data will be transferred to whom Fundación Albéniz has entrusted any service related to the management of the Young Artists Summer Camp 2024. These third parties may include entities that provide us accommodation, transport, or guardian services, always in compliance with the requirements established by current legislation to this effect.

Personal data will be kept for as long as they are necessary to carry out the admission process and, where appropriate, to attend the programme. In any case, they will be kept for the corresponding period of time in order to comply with legal obligations through the applicable limitation periods to address possible liabilities arising during the processing.

At any time, you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, remove, limit processing, data portability, opposition, and, as the case may be, not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including the creation of profiles, in accordance with applicable regulations. You may submit a written communication to the Data Protection Officer of the Fundación Albéniz, at the postal address C/Requena, nº 1, C.P. 28013 in Madrid, or at the email address DPD@albeniz.com; attaching to your request a copy of your national identity card or equivalent identification document (passport…). In case you consider your rights have been violated, not having been duly attended by Fundación Albéniz, you may file a claim before the Spanish Agency of Personal Data Protection (www.aepd.es), although we recommend you to contact before, in order to solve the possible situation or conflict, if you consider so, our Data Protection Officer.
