Elea Nick

Born in Zurich, Switzerland, in 1999. Since 2022, she studies at the Reina Sofía School of Music’s Telefónica Violin Chair with professor Zakhar Bron. She has been granted scholarships by Grupo Barceló and Fundación Albéniz.

She has played as soloist several times at Tonhalle Zürich, in addition to performing in Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Russia, Poland, Greece, and South Africa.

She has performed as soloist with the following orchestras: Bavarian Rundfunkorchester in Munich, Camerata Zürich, Franz Schmidt Kammerorchester Vienna, Zagreber Kammerorchester at the “Next Generation” Festival, Bron Chamber Orchestra in Interlaken Classic and with the Sinfonieorchester Meilen, Stadtorchester Solothurn, Málaga Chamber Orchestra and the Saint Petersburg Symphony Orchestra within the 21st International Musical Olympus.

As a student of the School, she has attended masterclasses by Miriam Fried and Mihaela Martin. She has also been a member of the Freixenet Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Andrés Orozco-Estrada, Juanjo Mena and Péter Csaba; the Fundación EDP Camerata, conducted by Christoph Poppen, and she has been part of the Mistral Trio. She is currently a member of the Google Da Vinci Duo and the Asisa Óscar Esplá Quartet.
