Rebeka Pethö

Born in Târgu Mureș, Romania, in 2000. She studied at the National School of Music and Art in her hometown and at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, Hungary, with Veronika Orossll, thanks to the scholarship granted by the National Student Scholarship in 2022. Winner of the first prize at the Romanian National Flute Competition, she has also been awarded special prizes at the 5th Jastrzębie-Zdrój International Flute Competition (Poland) and at the Hungarian Music Festival in Bucharest, Romania. She has attended masterclasses in Hungary, organised by the Tokaj Crescendo Summer Institute and the Early Music Days of Vác. In the orchestral level, she has completed her education at the European Union Youth Orchestra Academy in Germany, the European Music Campus Orchestra in Austria, and the Romanian Royal Orchestral Masterclass in Bucharest.
