For this movement of the Ravel's Sonatine, prof. Voskresensky advises to repeat. The fist theme was very good, but it must be well balanced, it has a very sad character.
The professor makes some comments about doing sound changes regarding the harmonic changes of the music, not too much accelerando, the use of the half-pedal, the right moment to play rallentando and other tempo indications.
