For this masterclass, prof. Poulet suggests the student different fingering to improve the tuning in a certain passage. Afterwards, they focus on articulation and phrasing.
Gérard Poulet shows by playing some recommendations to the student. He continues with advices on tuning, finger position, expressivity, breathings and rapport with the piano.
Finally, they work on the cadence: it should be improvising but with a good tempo and balance, and they review the fingering for a certain difficult passage for the student.
