2nd International Alumni Meeting - 6, 7 July 2025
Following the success of the 1st International Alumni Meeting in Bogotá, the Reina Sofía School of Music is pleased to announce a new edition of its major international gathering for former students: the 2nd International Alumni Meeting, which will take place in Berlin on 6 and 7 July 2025.
🎶 The meeting will be held at the Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach Musikgymnasium (Rheinsberger Str. 4, 10115 Berlin), bringing together alumni from different generations, now active professionals in the world’s leading music circuits. Two intensive days of connection, dialogue, and reunion at the heart of Europe.
The event will feature workshops and round tables with the participation of musicians and industry experts from the European music scene (guests to be confirmed), addressing key topics for artistic and professional development in today's context.
In addition, the meeting will include a Closing Concert of Spanish Music, performed by alumni of the School, celebrating shared talent and a commitment to musical excellence.
🎯 To ensure participants’ comfort, accommodation has been arranged at the INNSiDE Berlin Mitte hotel, located in the heart of the city. The School will cover accommodation and daily expenses during the Meeting for all participants.
🛫 We understand that travel costs may be a barrier for some. Therefore, additional financial aid will be available for those who need it. If this applies to you, you may request assistance when confirming your participation. Each request will be assessed individually by the organising team.
Our aim is to make the Meeting accessible to all, with priority given to those facing challenging financial circumstances. We look forward to having you with us!

- 17:00 · Reception at the embassy. Dress rehearsal.
- 18:00 · Pre-concert round table: INCUBATOR Programme for ALUMNI of the Reina Sofía School of Music. Presentation of the 2024-2025 projects: Caracas String Academy, Urban Opera, and Shakata.
- 19:30 · Closing concert of the Meeting, presented by the Ambassador of Spain in Germany.
- 21:00 · Closing dinner.
